Mission Statement Serving Worthington with honor and integrity by providing community oriented law enforcement and emergency services to all people. Structure The Worthington Police Department consists of 24 sworn officers including the Chief of Police, a Captain, three Patrol Sergeants, one Detective Sergeant, two Narcotics Investigators, one Gang Investigator, a Detective, one School Resource Officer, a K-9 Officer and 12 Patrol Officers. The department also has an Administrative Assistant, two Records Personnel and five full time Dispatchers. Worthington is located in Nobles County, in southwest Minnesota, and has Interstate 90, US Highway 59 and US Highway 60 traveling through its city limits.
