Auditorium Rental Rates & Policies

2011 – 2012 Rental Rates – User Fees

Effective Dates: April 1, 2011 – May 31, 2012

Non-Commercial Events

Rental Fee	300.00 five hour block
10% Total Ticket Sales	Based on Total Dollars of Ticket Sales
Advance Rent: due when contract is signed	300.00 per contract
Stage Sound/Equipment	8.50 per hour
Stage Lighting/Equipment	8.50 per hour
Sound & Light Technician	17.00 per hour, per technician
Custodial Fee: minimum three (3) hours	19.00 per hour

Commercial Events

Rental Fee	650.00 five hour block
10% Ticket Sales	Based on Total Dollars of Ticket Sales
Advance Rent: due when contract is signed	500.00 per contract
Stage Sound/Equipment	17.00 per hour
Stage Lighting/Equipment	17.00 per hour
Sound & Light Technician	17.00 per hour, per technician
Custodial Fee: minimum three (3) hours	19.00 per hour

Local Annual Membership Events

Rental Fee	300.00 five hour block
10% Ticket Sales	Based on Total Dollars of Ticket Sales
Stage Sound/Equipment	8.50 per hour
Stage Lighting/Equipment	8.50 per hour
Sound & Light Technician	17.00 per hour, per technician
Custodial Fee: as needed	19.00 per hour

Party Events

Rental Fee	300.00 five hour block
Custodial Fee: minimum two (2) hours	19.00 per hour
Additional Fees as needed: see below
Must provide 2 supervisors and set-up of tables, chairs, food, etc.

Rental Policies

Below is a summary of our rental policies. For a full policy breakdown, please contact us for a Rental Agreement

Basic Rental Fee

Includes use of the auditorium and stage, general house lighting, and dressing rooms.

10% Total Dollar Ticket Sales

Applies to all organizations selling admission tickets.

Advance Rent

The sum paid to secure the five hour block of rental time, due upon signing of Rental Agreement. Advance rent will appear as credit on the final billing.

Stage Sound/Equipment & Stage Lighting/Equipment

Auditorium sound system and auditorium stage lighting. (See Rental Agreement page 1, #1.)

Sound & Light Technician

Refers to Auditorium Technical Director, Auditorium staff, or trained Auditorium volunteers operating the lights and/or sound during a rental rehearsal(s) or rental performance(s).

Additional Hours

Applies to events that require more than the five hour block of time to complete.

Usher(s) Supervisor(s):

Applies when a minimum of 5 ushers and 1 ticket seller are not provided by the renter for each public event. Auditorium staff will then hire ushers/supervisors.

Piano Tuning:

The Steinway Grand piano is tuned by certified Steinway technicians.

Additional Custodial Fee

Applies when applicant does not follow Rental Agreement conditions.
