The City of Worthington Economic Development Authority has recently undertaken two new residential developments in Worthington to help make more buildable lots available. Information on the Glenwood Heights development is available below:

Glenwood Heights Second and Third Addition:

Just a short walk from Olson Park, the Bike Trail, and Lake Okabena sits a new development expanding the existing neighborhood known as Glenwood Heights. This includes extensions of Sutherland Drive, Campbell Boulevard, Sterling Avenue, and a new street called Aspen Drive.

- Development includes a variety of lots ranging from villa Singly Family & Twin Home Lots, Move-Up Single Family, and
  Executive Single Family Lots.
- 36 build ready Lots remain available for sale as of 11/30/2023. 
- Prices range from $32,500 up to $85,00. 
- There are no assessments on any of these lots. Those costs are wrapped up with the lot price.

To see exact measurements of each lot click here. Note, there are two page as there were two seperate plats done for this development. Not all the lots shown on the third addition plat are for sale (refer to the specific lots prices link above for what is currently for sale).

If viewing these proeprties in person you'll likely notice metal poles in various locations. Some of these mark property corners, these woul have a small metal piece in the ground with a plastic cap on it next to the pole. Some metal poles also mark water or sewer connection stubs.
