SALARY RANGE: $78,000 - $85,000

Responsible for the operation and decision making within the guidelines, policies and mandates as established by the US Housing and Urban Development and supported by the Worthington HRA Board of Commissioners.

Minimum Qualifications: Five years’ experience in housing management, finance or related field; bachelor’s degree in Housing, Business, Public Administration, Social Work or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of education and experience. Must have or be able to get Public Housing Manager Certification within 12 months of hire date. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Taking applications for 3 full-time Police Officer positions as well as an Eligibility Register for future openings. Lateral pay considerations may be available based on experience.
Additional pay of $1.38/hr. for demonstrated proficiency in a second language. Applicants much have a MN POST Board Peace Officer License or must have passed the Peace Officer Licensing Exam by the application deadline to be eligible to apply.

FT - $23.11- $31.27 hourly

Full-time Public Works Operator II position is part of the 49er Union. Candidates must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks associated with the construction and maintenance of the city buildings, parks, streets, ditch and weed control and snow plowing. Preferred qualifications are: valid Class A commercial driver’s license, with a tanker endorsement and three years of public works or related experience.

Benefit include vacation, sick leave, 49er Health Insurance Plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, Section 125 Flex Spending Plan, Deferred Comp Plan and participation in Public Employees Retirement Association Pension.
