Storm sewer work on Fourth Avenue from Lake Street to Ninth Street is scheduled to begin Thursday, August 15th . Fourth Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Lake Street to Ninth Street.

Restricted local access on Fourth Avenue will be available as construction permits. Lake Street at Fourth Avenue will be closed to through traffic beginning Thursday afternoon August 15th and lasting approximately two days.

Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned traffic should be restored to normal in about three weeks.
