The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT), in partnership with the City of Worthington and Nobles County, has started the process the planning process for the improvement of Humiston Avenue from I- 90 to Oxford Street and Oxford Street from McMillan Street to the Trunk Highway (TH) 60 roundabout. Complete reconstruction of the Oxford Street segment is proposed. Although the anticipated improvements are several years away, the complexity of the projects and their long term community impacts is cause to start the planning at this time.
