The City of Worthington Economic Development Authority has recently undertaken two new residential developments in Worthington to help make more buildable lots available. Information on the Cecilee Street development is available below:

Cecilee Street Addition:

Just a short walk from the City's new Movie Theater sits a new development extending Cecilee Street. This street extension sits right in the heart of Worthington with easy access to commercial areas.

- 7 build ready lots remain available for sale as of 11/30/2023. 
- Lot 1, Block 2 is the largest of the 8 lots and is perfect for multi-family housing development.
  If interested in this lot please contact City Staff.
- Each lot is priced the same at $41,000 (with the exception of Lot 1, Block 2 which is priced at $107,000).
- There are no assessments on any of these lots. Those costs are wrapped up with the lot price.
